Spinning Shot

"Way back on 1.1, it was briefly discussed how Spinning Shot seems to be in a pretty balanced place and it was going to be left alone. Well Spinning Shot has been seeing more play as of late, and it seems like it does need a touch-up. A bit more power should be added to justify it's long attack animation." Power: 389 -> 430


MECH



Reverse Prog "Flat and Reverse Prog don't blend to well. After RP lands one flat, it will get interrupted every time it tries to attack again after. Confusion will suit it better."

Status Change: Flat -> Confuse


EARTH



Poison Claw

"Poison Claw went from being a low cost and quick way to inflict poison to a low cast and quick way to interrupt everything the opponent does and kill them. Reducing it's power to 101 to keep it out of the hands of 100 speed Rookie builds while upping the poison %." Power: 222 -> 101 Poison: 10% -> 25%


Poison Powder

"Upping it's % to make it more reliable, but upping it's MP cost to try to keep it out of the hands of Rookie." MP Cost: 201 -> 270 Poison: 40% -> 60%





BATTLE



Sonic Jab

"A preemptive nerf due to foreseeable meta changes from nerfing Dynamite Kick and Megaton Punch. Keeping it at 99 Power for access to 100 speed builds."

Power: 240 -> 99



Dynamite Kick

"Normal Dynamite Kick was last changed for the purpose of making it worth using compared to the Horse Dynamite Kick. This unfortunately had the side effect of making Dynamite Kick the most dominant attack in Rookies this side of Fire Tower. Dynamite Kick is now going to be a high stun/mid power melee move."

Power: 393 -> 175



Megaton Punch

"With Dynamite Kick being more heavily focused on stun, Megaton Punch should be less."

Stun: 20% -> 10%




HOW TO APPLY BALANCE PATCH: Drag & drop the input ROM on extract.bat and then run rebuild.bat. This will create a DigimonWorldPatched.bin file. HOW TO APPLY ARENA SKIN: After drag & dropping the input ROM on extract.bat, copy and paste E_Togi.TIM from the the DWVS_1.2.4 folder into work>DIGIMON>STDDAT, and overwrite.
