HOW TO APPLY BALANCE PATCH: Drag & drop the input ROM on extract.bat and then run rebuild.bat. This will create a DigimonWorldPatched.bin file. HOW TO APPLY ARENA SKIN: After drag & dropping the input ROM on extract.bat, copy and paste E_Togi.TIM from the the DWVS_1.2.3 folder into work>DIGIMON>STDDAT, and overwrite.
