Another small update.

FIRE
Red Inferno
"Red Inferno is a too cheap with how strong it is. Big MP nerf to reduce it's usability in Rookies where there aren't other options that are as strong. " MP: 165 -> 279

ICE
Ice Statue
"Still too oppressive. A power hit. Consider it the Spit Fire/Wind Cutter/Ice Needle of Champions and Ultimates."
Power: 350 -> 240

EARTH
Bug
"Bug has been too strong for too long. It's powerful, safe to use, and has a very high chance of causing flat. All those things need to be brought down." Power: 350 -> 300
Flat: 25% -> 5%
Use-Range: 800 -> 400

BATTLE
Tremar
"Despite continued use, Tremar just hasn't seemed strong enough. Increasing it's stun chance to help it become more consistent."
Stun: 18% -> 25%

Flat Bullet
"Flat is the most dominant status effect in the game right now due it's long duration and leaving the opponent relatively helpless. To aid flattened Digimon, Flat Bullet is receiving two buffs. One for balance and one for chaos."

HOW TO APPLY BALANCE PATCH: Drag & drop the input ROM on extract.bat and then run rebuild.bat. This will create a DigimonWorldPatched.bin file. HOW TO APPLY ARENA SKIN: After drag & dropping the input ROM on extract.bat, copy and paste E_Togi.TIM from the the DWVS_1.2.1 folder into work>DIGIMON>STDDAT, and overwrite.
