With Patch 1.1 being such a massive undertaking, many moves slipped under the radar as a bit broken, or not having received enough love. This patch is to fix those mistakes. Additionally, the Low HP/Poisoned slow effect is finally addressed.

FIRE
Fire Tower
"Oops. In the quest to give love to some fire attacks not named Meltdown or Spit Fire, this one miiiiight have gotten a little bit overtuned...to the point where it become Ice Statue 2. Nerfs everywhere."
Power: 288 -> 220
MP: 120 -> 180
Use-Range: 800 -> 600
Magma Bomb
"Magma Bomb is in a much healthier place now and seeing a lot of use, especially in combination with Heat Laser's flat. Reducing the confusion chance so that combination is a bit less oppressive."
Confusion: 90% -> 50%

AIR
"Air is actually in a pretty healthy place right now, so here's a joke. How do Digimon cheer each other on in a race? Go-ma-mon!"

ICE
Giga Freeze
"Giga Freeze still didn't have enough to differentiate itself enough from Water Blit to warrant a use. Upping it's stun chance to really hammer home the "Freeze" name. Also during testing it would miss from certain firing ranges. Lowering it's Use-Range to prevent this from being an issue." Stun: 10% -> 50%
Use-Range: 800 -> 600

MECH
"Mech is looking a bit more reliable after the last patch, however it is still wacky that it has no good type matchups. A future patch will address this."

EARTH
Poison Claw
"When buffing Poison Claw in the last notes, it was called "decent as far as melee goes". That was a mistake. Poison Claw went on to define 1.1 nearly as much as Fire Tower. With low power, low MP cost, and guaranteed poison, it led to some incredibly lopsided defensive builds. Increasing the power past 100 and upping the MP cost will help address the defensive cheese build. Poison chance reduction to 50% still keeps it strong but not 100% 'what were they thinking' strong." Power: 62 -> 102
MP: 51 -> 87
Poison: 100% -> 50%

BATTLE
Dynamite Kick
"Looking at some digimon, it was discovered that Angemon and Unimon share the same exact typing and moveset but with Angemon getting the short of it due to not being a horse. This led to a decision to make some way to differentiate the two dynamite kicks a bit more. Non-horses will have a high chance of stun while horses will have high damage."
Non-Horse
Stun: 3% -> 49%
Megaton Punch
"With Dynamite Kick getting a buff to it's stun chance, Megaton Punch is going to receive a nerf to give them distinct identities. Dynamite Kick = Lower Damage/Higher Stun, Megaton Punch vice versa."
Stun: 49% -> 20%

Filth
Poop Spd Toss
"So...oops. Went a bit crazy in the excitement to make poop viable. Still want to keep the low MP cost a thing, just not THAT low. Additionally, increased accuracy so it's not blocked every other attack."
MP: 6 -> 105
Accuracy: 40 -> 60
Ult. Poop Hell
"This move truly became hell. It turn's out it has perfect timing to chain into it's own flat status. With such low MP cost and high power, it was truly a really shitty time for it's opponents."
Power: 999 -> 666
MP: 9 -> 264

EVERYTHING ELSE
Finishers
"More finisher range whack-a-mole."
Palmon's Poison Ivy: 0 -> 600
Biyomon's Spiral Twister: 300 -> 600
Patamon's Boom Bubble: 300 -> 600
Penguinmon's Super Slap: 100 -> 400
Bakemon's Dark Claw: 0 -> 600
Drimogemon's Drill Spin: 400-> 800
Kokatorimon's Frozen Fire Shot: 400 -> 600
Ogremon's Pummel Whack: 300 -> 800
Leomon's Fist of the Beast King: 300 -> 800
Devimon's Death claw: 0 -> 800
Angemon's Hand of Fate: 600 -> 800
Andromon's Spiral Sword: 300 -> 600
Slow
"Poison is already very powerful with it's ability to sap away HP while making highly defensive builds. It did not need a movement speed debuff on top of it. Likewise, melee already has a hard enough time closing distances. It doesn't need it to be made harder. The low HP speed debuff punishes Digimon who are already at a possible disadvantage. The mechanic discourages rallies and that's not particularly exciting. It is healthier for the game from both a spectator and competitive side for the mechanic to be removed."
Poison: Slow debuff removed.
Game Mechanic: Low HP slow debuff removed.
