Fire Tower
"Fire Tower back in it's original range is extremely ineffective. Reimagining Fire Tower as a set-up move instead of a damage move."

Prominence Beam
"Dropping it's MP cost to make it more appealing." MP Cost: 300 -> 285
Red Inferno
"The flat change from the last patch was a cool addition that gives the attack an amount of self-chaining. The sheer numbers were too much though."
Power: 420 -> 380
Flat: 20% -> 10%
Meltdown
"With Fire Tower now being a stun move, to give Meltdown an identity of it's own it's going to now be a poison attack. Think nuclear radiation."
Stun -> Poison

ICE
Ice Statue
"After Ice Statue's previous nerf, it hasn't really been used that much. Much like Fire Tower, it's now being re-envisioned as a setup move." Power: 240 -> 110
MP Cost: 309 -> 201
Stun: 20% -> 30%
Giga Freeze
"Giga Freeze is finally seeing some strong use, it's stun is just a bit too strong at the moment." Stun: 50% -> 35%
Aurora Freeze
"Aurora Freeze kind of became bad-Giga Freeze. Boosting it's power to set it up as the Super Ice Tech." Power: 430 -> 600

EARTH
Insect Plague
"Insect Plague was supposed to become a reliable way for Earth Digimon to be able to attack. However, it has some issues with being very slow moving and causing timing issues with itself. Boosting it's power to compensate for these issues."

Green Trap
"Green Trap finally has seen some play to some amount of access. Boosting it's power to give it an extra push."

HOW TO APPLY BALANCE PATCH: Drag & drop the input ROM on extract.bat and then run rebuild.bat. This will create a DigimonWorldPatched.bin file.
HOW TO APPLY ARENA SKIN: After drag & dropping the input ROM on extract.bat, copy and paste E_Togi.TIM from the the DWVS_1.2.6 folder into work>DIGIMON>STDDAT, and overwrite.
