Patch 1.2.1

Small update. Just rebalancing some moves that seem a bit too strong or can maybe use some more help.

FIRE

Fire Tower

"Fire Tower, please stop being so extremely good or extremely bad. A bit too strong again, hitting it's MP cost and use-range."

MP: 162 -> 183

Use-Range: 700 -> 600

Red Inferno

"Red Inferno is finally seeing some good use. Hitting it's MP Cost and accuracy to make it a bit more beatable." MP: 150 -> 165

Accuracy: 72 -> 60

Inifinity Burn

"Even with a lot of set up it didn't seem to be going off. Buffing the use-range to increase consistency."

Use-Range: 400 -> 700

Meltdown

"Meltdown immediately got play again post-patch and very dominate play at that. Returning the power to around to what it was prior to the last patch."

Power: 450 -> 404

AIR

Static Elect

"Static Elect is a lot more usable, which is good. A move called Static Elect should stun more often though."

Stun: 25% -> 33%

ICE

Giga Freeze

"Giga Freeze finally wants to hit! Lets just make it hit a bit harder."

Power: 326 -> 375

Ice Statue

"Still too oppressive. Another accuracy hit."

Accuracy: 60 -> 35

EARTH

Insect Plague

"Insect Plague takes a while to land after cast so it didn't feel particularly rewarding at it's previous power." Power: 392 -> 450

Danger Sting

"Oops. Turns out some Digimon have VERY fast Danger Sting animations. Several nerfs to stop it from being a menace to the game." Power: 392 -> 303

Flat: 50% -> 7%

Accuracy: 70 -> 55

BATTLE

Sonic Jab

"Unblockable Sonic Jab has proven to be a giant mistake in testing. Instead it's going to be Very Hard To Block Sonic Jab"

Accuracy: 255 -> 90

Megaton Punch

"Megaton Punch needs to be brought down just a scooch more."

Power: 415 -> 370

HOW TO APPLY BALANCE PATCH: Drag & drop the input ROM on extract.bat and then run rebuild.bat. This will create a DigimonWorldPatched.bin file. HOW TO APPLY ARENA SKIN: After drag & dropping the input ROM on extract.bat, copy and paste E_Togi.TIM from the the DWVS_1.2.1 folder into work>DIGIMON>STDDAT, and overwrite.
